I am new to the world of raw food. I often makes salads for myself, but most often I go with a veg curry, and find myself going for the horrid wheat/dairy/sugar through impatience. what can you reccomend for me?
I love nearly all veg, raw especially... I can't get enough of celery, parsely, carrot, etc
Herbs and spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, basil, green tea, fruit teas, almonds, coconut, walnuts
so this should be a good diet for me!
